As an HSE Junior Consultant, you will support our senior team in delivering Health, Safety & Environment services to clients across multiple industries. You will be actively involved in risk assessments, inspections, audits, and training coordination while developing your career in a dynamic consultancy environment.

• Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and HSE plans.
• Support site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Help develop and deliver toolbox talks and HSE inductions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports for clients.
• Stay updated on HSE regulations and client requirements.
• Support fire safety checks, evacuation drills, and reporting under supervision.

• Education/Certification: Minimum NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Fire safety exposure preferred, such as NFPA awareness or GCC-recognized fire safety training.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on varied projects.
• English fluency (Arabic an advantage).

The HSE Senior Consultant will lead consultancy projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. This role involves developing management systems, leading audits, delivering training, and mentoring junior team members. You will act as a subject-matter expert for clients, with a strong emphasis on fire safety management in accordance with NFPA standards and GCC-approved certifications.

• Lead HSE audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality HSE documentation (plans, risk registers, KPIs).
• Mentor and guide junior consultants.
• Provide client-facing advisory on compliance with UAE, KSA, and Lebanon regulations.
• Conduct HSE training and workshops.
• Lead fire safety assessments, evacuation planning, and NFPA-based compliance checks.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Preferred: NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Certifications: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE consultancy, construction, oil & gas, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Fire safety expertise required – NFPA certification or other GCC-recognized fire safety qualifications mandatory.
• Experience in GCC projects highly desirable.

The HSE Administrator will provide essential administrative and documentation support to our consultancy team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of HSE documentation, training records, and client submissions.

• Manage HSE documentation, records, and databases.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Track training records, certifications, and compliance deadlines.
• Provide administrative support during audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with clients and internal consultants to ensure timely deliverables.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or related field.
• Previous experience in HSE administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HSE terminology and standards is an advantage.
